How do we make it?
Special fermentation process provides black garlic with more nutritional values and eliminates specific garlic odour.
1. Choosing the best quality white garlic bulb.
2. Ripening which consists of preserving garlic at a higher temperature and humidity for 90 days on average.
3. Aging process — this way black garlic loses the characteristic taste and smell of fresh garlic. We handle the production of black garlic from growing it in our fields through the entire ripening process to the finished product.
Garlee is 100% made of only one, natural
ingredient – garlic. We do not use any additives.
