How do we make it?
Special aging process provides black garlic with more nutritional values and eliminates specific garlic odour.
1. Choosing the best quality white garlic bulb.
2. Aging which consists of preserving garlic at a higher temperature and humidity for exactly 90 days, this way black garlic loses the characteristic taste and smell of fresh garlic.
3. We pack and ship ready and finished products to satisfied customers.
